Accounting services: Monthly rates - depends on complexity of services needed. 
Bookkeeping services: - $75 per hour

Trust services: are $150 per hour unless otherwise stated within the trust and yearly trust management and update - $250

Finance Management Services: $75 per hour

Personal care services: $75 per hour

Conservatorship Services
1. Fiduciary services - $175 per hour
2. Court Accountings - $125 per hour
3. Admin/office work - $65 per hour
4. Consultation/Case Setup - $75 per hour
5. Sale of Resident – 1% of sales price
6. Rental management – 15% of monthly rent
7. Personal care services - $65 per hour

Fees payable to the Professional Fiduciary as the Personal Representative for customary services are authorized under Probate Code §10800 and, pursuant to Probate Code §10800 are computed on a fee base comprised of gross assets, plus receipts and gains, less losses, as follows:
4% of the first $100,000
3% of the next $100,000
2% of the next $800,000
1% of the next $9,000,000
0.5% of the next $15,000,000
Court discretion after $25,000,000

*hourly billing is at 15 minute increments
